He's a video of one of the hotels I stayed at in Okayama just after my Summer Tour.
It's not a "minshoku" or anything special, it's just a normal Japanese style hotel with tatami mats i.e. the grass mats you see on the floor.
The hotel is called the Washu Highland Hotel 鷲羽 ハイランド ホテル - Eagle Feather Highlands!
